EPBC Act Reforms: National Environmental Standards

The Australian Local Government Association, in close collaboration with its member associations, is making submissions in response to rolling consultation by the Australian Government on the National Environmental Standards (NES) which emerge from the 2025 reforms to the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act.
