2016 National Local Government Customer Service Conference and Awards Dinner
Wollongong NSW: Wednesday 19 October – Friday 21 October

The National Local Government Customer Service Network is the peak industry association for local government customer service professionals in Australia. This year's conference will be held at the Novotel North Beach, Wollongong from 19 October to 21 October with the theme "Surviving and thriving – Navigating the rapid changes in local government".

The conference includes the Awards Gala Dinner to be held on 20 October at The Lagoon Restaurant. The 2016 awards have attracted 35 submissions from Councils across Australia.

The conference program has been designed based on member feedback with sessions delivering strong learning outcomes.

Keynote speakers include:

  • Change Management Consultant, Alan Cartwright
  • People Management Expert, Suzi Skinner

Full conference registration including accommodation commences at only $1150 + GST per delegate.
