Marginalised youth urged to have their say on govt services

Your Voice, a national charity helping young people to find jobs and learn new skills, wants local government help to publicise a survey of young people aged 15-24.

The survey is intended to ascertain how marginalized young people view government services, support, and policy.

Your Voice says the national survey will be followed by a youth forum and summit, culminating in a report to be presented by three youth ambassadors to the federal government.

All views and comments will be anonymous, and those who complete the online survey can win one of 100 $50 gift cards.

More information about the project can be found either on the yourtown website, through Kids Help Line or by contacting Youth Advocacy Project Coordinator Ben Pook via email at yourvoice@yourtown.com.au
